Synopsis:
Red Coat, Autumn Breeze is an experimental film essay built
upon old found footage of home movies, corporate and nature reels. It explores walk as a medium to embrace reality as a
present moment beyond social conceptions — a conscious detachment from post-capitalist fast-paced demands. Blurring the lines where the outer world and our skin meet, Red Coat roams in a trance-like state. It is supported by trivial repetitions, without any other purpose than experiencing the world as a whole with a cleared-out mind. What is it to live a meaningful life? Does life mean to be a struggle to conquer fears and fulfill desires? Or is it life a path to overcome constructed illusions
and find beauty in its holy chaos?
